Approximate driving time to the hotel is 45 minutes.

Take highway 92 in the direction of Munich.
Follow the highway A 9 direction Munich.
Follow highway A 99 in the direction of Salzburg.
At Brunnthal, take the highway A995 in the direction
of Munich/Giesing (highway Garmisch-Partenkirchen).
At the end of the highway you see the company 'Agfa'
to your left.
Take the right lane direction 'Grünwald'.
After 100 meters, there is a Europe car-rental station.
At the next traffic light take the next left, Spixstr.
Follow this street until the first traffic light.
Turn left into Deisenhofenerstr.
The next street on the left is the Heimgartenstrasse.
