At the Muenchen Nord interchange, take the A99 towards Salzburg and at the Muenchen Ost interchange take the A94 to Munich. Exit at Muenchen Zamdorf and turn left into Eggenfeldenerstrasse. The hotel is 300 metres along on the left.
